The Good Life
In this week of our Bold Statements series, we continue looking at what Jesus says about Himself and the life He offers.
We spend so much of our lives searching for “the good life”—security, love, purpose, comfort, success, and something that lasts. But Jesus shows us that the good life is not found in wealth, status, beauty, or achievement.
The good life is found in the Good Shepherd. In John 10, Jesus declares that He is the Good Shepherd who lays down His life for His sheep. He does not abandon us when trouble comes. He knows His sheep, cares for them, protects them, and calls them by name.
Through Jesus, we are offered forgiveness, belonging, security, and abundant life. And as His sheep, we are invited not only to follow His voice, but to join Him in seeking those who are still lost. The Good Shepherd leads us into the good life.
Join us as we learn what it means to know His voice, follow His lead, and share His love with others.
